If someone you care about has a mental illness

It can be like an emotional roller coaster ride. Sometimes you may feel angry, sad, embarrassed, afraid or even guilty. At other times, you'll also feel proud of your family member for how well they are dealing with the illness.

But it will always be necessary for you to take care of yourself, so here are some things you can do.
