My Past All Packed Away

One day while in session for PTSD I came up with a plan. Knowing that I would never be in that room again in my life I started my plan. I took a pretend luggage bag and put all my bad past memories inside it. I packed it full. While walking out the room I dropped it from my shoulders. I left the bad past behind me forever. I, will never have to deal with it again unless I choose to. Then I would have to go all the way back to that room and find it. I did this once again when I visited my father’s gravesite. He told then to bag up some more of the ugly past and let him have it to hold for me. Shall I want it ever back I would know where to come. So I did. Now my past does not scare me or worry me at all. It is safely put away where it can’t hurt me.
