Getting Help

I was a normal teenage girl. I was an average height. I made decent grades. I was thirteen years old, and I was depressed. I still am. But anyway, back to age thirteen.

I was fourteen and in eighth grade when my family found out I was depressed. I told a friend I was suicidal. Well, to shorten the story, I was walking down the hall the next day. I had just gone to the bathroom, and I was going back to history.

My school principal takes me to the office. I had no clue why he was there. He talked to me. My principal called my church, and they told Dad. My principal talked to my mother.

I am recovering. I am being evaluated for bipolar. I just want to write my story to tell people that they CAN reach out, that they CAN get help.
